EXHIBITION ENTRY TERMS & CONDITIONS

Agreement Acceptance
Entry forms must be filled in, signed, scanned and sent to hello@libbymills.com.au OR a returned a hard copy entry delivered to the exhibition space.
Selection and Notification
Although we will try and fit all artists in, numbers will be limited. All artists will be notified - regardless of outcome.
Artwork Preparation and Delivery
Artwork should not exceed 61cm in any direction. Artists are responsible for ensuring their artworks are ready for display and must include d-rings (approximately 10cm from top) and hanging wire ready for install. Artworks should be securely framed or appropriately prepared for exhibition to maintain a professional finish. Artworks are to be delivered within the timeframe to be able to be included in the exhibition.
Display and Presentation
The organiser/s of the exhibition reserves the right to determine the layout, arrangement, and positioning of artworks within the exhibition space. Unfortunately, there will be no changes if you are un-happy with the outcome.
All artworks will be displayed using the wire on the back of your artwork, hung to a screw in the wall. Any specific display requirements should be communicated in advance to ensure inclusion in the exhibition.
If work is unsuitable for hanging, we will not be able to include you in the exhibition.
Insurance and Liability
Although all care will be taken, any damage, loss or theft of artworks during the exhibition is at the risk of the artist. The Artist may opt not to insure their artwork but that decision is at the sole discretion of the Artist, and the Artist agrees not to make any claim against any organiser/s for loss, damage or otherwise.
Copyright
By submitting artwork for the exhibition, the artist allows their name and images of their work to be used for exhibition-related purposes. This includes promoting the event through things like press releases, ads, social media, websites, and catalogues. The rights granted are non-exclusive, meaning the artist keeps full ownership of their work.
Sales and Commission:
Commission on all sales is 20%.
Upon the sale of Artwork, the organiser/s will retain the commission, which will help cover any administrative costs incurred during the exhibition such as but not limited to, any relevant EFTPOS, taxes, transaction fees. Any postal or delivery changes are not included and will be discussed between the artist and buyer where applicable.
Withdrawal of Artworks:
Once artworks are accepted for the exhibition, withdrawal requests can only be considered under exceptional circumstances and with prior approval from the exhibition organiser/s.
Artists should notify the exhibition organiser/s. as soon as possible if they need to withdraw their artworks.
Orphaned Artwork
Both parties agree that any unsold artwork not collected will be placed in general storage, however the organiser/s cannot be responsible for any loss, theft or damage curing storage.
